Why did we start a stucco repair company?

Stucco is a good material, but it is unforgiving of shortcuts. Over the years, too many owners here have been told their wall had to be torn off when a careful repair would have worked, or have paid for patches that fell off within a season. We started this company to be the straight answer: a repair-first crew that tells people what their wall actually needs.

From day one, the work has been repair, restoration and resurfacing. Installation is a small part of what we do, and only when it is really the right call.

What kind of work do we do most?

About half our work is commercial: offices, apartment communities, retail centers and HOA properties that need cracked, stained or damaged walls fixed without shutting anything down. The other half is homes, from century-old stucco houses near downtown to newer EIFS homes in the west part of the city.

Common jobs include closing cracks at window corners, rebuilding broken sections, fixing leaks behind stucco, refinishing walls that look patchy, and repairing dented or wet EIFS.

What should you expect when we come out?

The first visit is a conversation at the wall, not a sales pitch. We will ask when you first noticed the problem, whether anything changed after recent storms, and what work has been done on the wall before. Then we look closely, tap around the damaged area to find where the stucco is still solid, and check for moisture if there are stains. Before we leave, you will know what we think caused the damage and what we would do about it. The written price follows, usually within a day or two. If the honest answer is that the wall is fine and only needs watching, we will tell you that too.
